Congratulations to Megan Odozynski of Austin on the purchase of Trentino! He is such a special gelding, being our last Tahary foal and being born the year his Elite father won the Trakehner Stallion of the Year, we were looking for the perfect home for Tino. We found it with Megan and know that Tino will be happy. He was always destined to shine in the show ring and now his destiny is sealed with the love of Megan and under the careful guidance of Mark Doig. We look forward to reporting his success here in the years to come.
Bloodlines Trentino is by the Elite stallion Michelangelo, out of the Oldenburg Verband and ATA approved Trakehner mare Tahary vom Castell. His siblings thru his sire include the Olympic dressage horse Just Mickey, the 2006 Danish stallion of the year Michelino, and the premium stallions Summertime and Mon Dieux(Oldenburg). In fact, Tino's breeding is similar to that of Summertime. His dam sire is the full brother to Arogno, sire of Anky van Grunsven's
Trakehner mount Partout. His granddam is a designated "exceptional" mare for having produced two approved stallions and she was awarded State Premium and the Silver Medal of the German Riding Horse Federation. Click on the links in the chart below for more information.
